President/CEO
Ying, the founder, Chairman, and General Manager of “Beijing Tianyi Ruibo Technology Development Co., Ltd.” since 2012, has revolutionized the rubber industry with his commitment to sustainable innovation. With over twelve years of experience, Ying has spearheaded the development of green, ammonia-free natural rubber production, significantly reducing the environmental impact of traditional rubber manufacturing processes. Her leadership and vision have positioned Beijing Tianyi Ruibo as a global leader in eco-friendly rubber technologies.
Ying’s dedication to research and development has led to the successful creation and market promotion of four key technologies: “Natural Rubber Preservative,” “Natural Rubber Curing Agent,” “Green Natural Concentrated Latex Production,” and “Green Natural Rubber.” These innovations earned the company four patents in 2012, 2014, and 2018, reflecting Ying’s relentless pursuit of excellence and sustainability in rubber production. Her work not only addresses environmental concerns but also enhances the quality and performance of natural rubber products.
In 2020, Ying expanded her influence by establishing Green Rubber Company as a U.S. subsidiary. As the liaison for rubber plantations in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Laos, Jian ensures a seamless integration of supply chains, maintaining the high standards of quality and sustainability that Green Rubber Company is known for.
